Been bombarded with school work and my grades are on the borderline so I made the choice to quit the internship to focus more on school.

Im still boyfriendless...which aint half bad because my heart is completely whole and I dont have to worry about heartache or none of that stressfull bullshit that comes with relationship these days.

Ive been designing some new things for the spring.

I saw little dragon at the Masquerade two nights ago. Amazing show. It's very seldom that an artist sounds just as good live as they do in the studio. That was a $15 dollars very well spent.

Christmas was rather good to me despite the fact that I was sick. It was nice spending time with my family. It was just what I needed. I've been designing some things for boutiques and a photoshoot for the past weeks but it sucks that I havent been able to be as productive :-/ ...I have been curled up in bed a lot, watching dvd's trying to fight this sickness. Winter sucks. Photoshoot is on the 30th and I have a meeting to attend on the 31st. I pray that that I get better so I can be functional.

Sometimes my weeks are so busy that, by the time I get around to blogging, I don't feel like writing about them.

-Did some designs for a boutique about a week ago
- Have a photoshoot coming up
- Had 2 interviews today
- My serger came yesterday and I have yet to take it out of the box and figure out how to thread it
- I need to order fabric
- Have a spring collection in the works
- I go back to school in january

I've noticed that for ss11, designers are looking at things from a very dark and gloomy aspect. It's rather odd... I found this collection to be rather odd, but odd is the norm for Comme des Garcons. The bird nest looking head pieces? The extra dresses pinned to the back of the models? the restricted arms on the jackets? I'm still pondering for a valid conclusion about this collection.

We dont care for heels but we don't care for flats either. We aren't girly girls yet we arent tomboys. We are somewhere in between

Today was another design day. I have to create some pieces for an upcoming photoshoot. I can never keep an abundance of looks to pull from my rack because I either sell them, or get sick of them and trash them. So today, I was just sewing my fragile life away and getting lost in little dragon, kid cudi, the roots and J*davey.

It's like 2 something in the morning and I am up like an owl, wondering how on earth am I going to bring these creative concepts of mines to life. I can do it. I will do it...
